Hi Everyone,
First post here, we are in the planning stage for a new cafe concept and I am after suggestions for above par drinking chocolate blend that we could use. We have used Cadbury and Nestle in the past and they were OK but we're looking for that bit extra. Does using chocolate sauce/syrup from a pump gives better results overall although I have not seen many cafe owners using them.
Short of melting actual chocolate and using that to make your hot chocolate drinks what would be the easiest most acceptable alternative?
Cheers,

. A friend gave me some south american cocoa which is a much lighter colour with a great flavour, excellent in a 1:1 mix with the dutch. I also scored some south american raw sugar from him which tasted almost like jaggery. Excellent in combination, but compared to cadbury makes for a pricey hot chocolate!
