  • Coffee based cocktails

    Just made up some cold brew, and thought I'd experiment a bit with mixing it.

    Just discovered that a mixture of cold brew (Ardi, Ethiopia), coconut liqueur/rum and milk, in roughly equal parts, makes a damn fine drink! Much more palatable than any coffee liqueur I have ever tried.

    Has anyone else gone down this dark, yet tasty, road?

    Keen to hear about some which retain more of the distinguishable characteristics of the coffee.

    That sounds tasty. I was thinking of infusing some vodka with coffee and using that to make some cocktails.

      Multiple layers with different origins would be interesting, provided there were distinguishable characteristics.
