Cafe fit out

Hi Snobs,

Are any of the cafe owners out there willing to share the costs they outlayed for their fit out of space. I am looking at fitting out an industrial warehouse space of approximately 100m2 for a cafe.

That's a wide open question!!

On the basis that your 'space' is a shell and not knowing what quality of fittings etc and how much kitchen you will

install, a very rough start price would be around $1500/m2 or $150,000.
