Nitrogen-charged Cold Brew Coffee on tap!

Tried it and it was terrific. Unlike carbonation which reacts with water to make carbonic acid with an acid bite, the nitrogen bubbles are neutral and tickle your tongue with a smooth effervescence.

Of course the bubbly is only as good as the cold brew it's made from; I don't think it can rescue something woody or lifeless.
