    We use 16 deg C.

    Reasons? Because it's better than 30 deg if it's hot!

    I have noticed few roasters in Vic actually keep roasted coffee beans in Thermo controlled Display cabinet, would anyone know whats the usual setting for it? Any good reasons for storing it this way?
