I have been making these brownies using this Coles mix for years.
I noticed one of the ingredients is 60ml of water (the other is butter and eggs). So I did the obvious and substituted the water with a double shot of espresso. What I end up with is very delicious mocha brownies!! Yummo. Quick, easy and delish.
I have tried other brand name brownie mixes in the past but this home brand tastes the best.
