    The specialty coffee book NSW is a good one, particularly if you live in NSW as it highlights all the good cafes including the beans and roasting methods they use.

    Has a fair amount of info on coffee origins and regions, not sure if it has tasting wheel though.

    I really like James Hoffmann's World Atlas of Coffee... not sure that it takes you through the tasting wheel but you can really do that using Google.

    Can anyone recommend a good book on coffee that explains all the different regions and their qualities. Also that includes the coffee tasting "wheel" (brightness, earthy etc) and that explains that too.
