Re: Coffee for a Cause - Fundraiser
Well,
Not being able to help myself when it comes to trying new blends I have discovered a very, very nice match up for the Zimbabwe roast you did Grendel. At this stage its just a simple 50/50 blend with the Bali Ganung Batur with the Bali beans roasted just to the edge of 2nd Crack in my Corretto. It really does make for a very balanced, complex and smooth coffee blend with lots of body, some blackcurrant notes and a smooth lingering caramello finish, not cloying though. Will do a bit of refining as time goes on but this is definitely worth pursuing,
Mal.
