Try Coco Quench by Pure Harvest (I think) It's a coconut rice milk blend and if you texture it right its sweet and creamy. We sell heaps. Other than that go black and definitely Cold Brew now its warmer.

From what I read dried milk does have the lactose or milk sugar.
Can Lactose Intolerant-Individuals Drink Powdered Milk? | Healthy Eating | SF Gate
Lactase is an enzyme naturally produced by many people, If like me you don’t produce enough you can buy a lactase supplement and with it take plenty of milk products. The amount of milk in a macchiato has no effect on me.
Last week I ate a meal with a tasty sauce and I was not prepared for what may have contained cream. A few hours later the meal shot through me like a Bondi tram. I hadn’t taken the precaution to take a Lacteze tablet with drastic results.

Filter coffee either hot or cold is a great alternative to milk based coffees as well...

If you think you may be lactose intolerant like I am, take a look at our discussion from 5 years ago.

Lactaid (Lactaze) tablets and liquid can be bought at some chemist shops.

What is the reason for going off dairy, if you do not mind sharing?Originally posted by Noor15 View PostHi All,

I have been dairy free for a few months now. Sadly, I couldn't find a suitable alternative (and I tried everything !) , so now drink espresso or short blacks. I have found over that time that my palate has matured significantly, and think I now 'get' coffee. The difference in flavours can be amazing. I started with long blacks and gradually got shorter. I guess it depends a bit on whether you brew your own, or buy at a cafe. It takes a little getting used to , but to be honest, I don't think I could drink a late or cap again. I'm adding this to give you hope that you can really enjoy your coffee again, despite being dairy free.

Some of the lactose free milks taste normal-ish.
Or better still start exploring espressos and long blacks. The good ones taste fantastic.
Cheers

He may well dream of enough THC.
His occupation excludes partaking of anything of that ilk.
But he can dream!

My brother makes his own hemp milk. Not because he is an old hippy but has been in parts of the world where milk of any type has not been availalble. TBF, it can be a lottery to have coffee he makes as he does like to put HIS choice of milk or none when he makes coffee.
Does he have his coffee with hemp muffins perchance?
