    I don't know of a book that will answer these sorts of questions but this website is a very good resource with huge amounts of info to do with many aspects of coffee, not just the roasting side...

    Hi i am looking for a good book with some info on the various different beans. For example there origins the way they processed etc. Different places remove the pulp using different techniques.
