I just wanted to share that in the last 2 weeks for reasons unknown to me my home espresso has been amazing. I dont want this streak to end and hopefully it wont. shot after shot of low acid, low bitterness sweet caramel and chocolaty espresso. first with Malawi Pawamba and now with the Red Sea Blend. I just had 3 doubles
Also I had a Yirg at work this week. (not made by me) that was stunning. 8-)
