  • Acorn coffee?

I've heard of and even debated making roasted acorns and acorn flour before but this is the first I've heard of acorn coffee.

Not the first I've heard of it. Early Dutch settlers in South Africa drank acorn brew when the coffee ran out - which I suspect it often did. Same as chicory root "coffee", I wonder which tastes worse!
