Hi all,
I hope I am not posting this in the wrong spot! I apologise if I am.
I have a Breville 800es which I have had for some years now, I like it. Along with a Sunbeam EM0440 Grinder.
I have been grinding on around 9-10 and it is still extracting too quick. So I am after some tips.
Have tried it on lower around 8 or so too and similar thing is happening. I have noticed nearly any setting the coffee puck is still very watery, or has water on top when I remove the portifilter. From my understanding it should come out compacted yet sort of dry-ish. Nice firm disc to tap out.
Anyway.
Thanks in advance to anyone that can throw some knowledge this way.
