Sparkling Cold Drip

Saw sparkling cold drip on a cafe menu the other day and got me inspired to bust out the aeropress and give it a go at home.

Who has tried it?

Did you use mineral or soda water?

I've had a nitro coffee. Novelty. Wouldn't necessarily have it over a nice cold drip on the rocks!

Is that one of those prepackaged canned drinks? I think DiBella do one?

No. It was "on tap" at the Maling Room. Someone will know better, but I think it was cold drip , or maybe pourover, with nitrogen(?)

I've had sparkling iced long black (and have made a few). Pretty good for a hot summer's day - given that summer is over, I won't be having that for some time.

The DiBella coffee kick is cold brew bottled (non sparkling). It was very delicious.

I've had a variation at home with Mineral water and lime (or just mineral water). I make a fairly strong 100g to 750ml so it makes quite a refreshing summer drink. My preference is straight.

Btw. apparently CD over ice cream with some Frangelico is amazing.
