Yeh I'll be alright i wasted a bit today but I was misreading the info about coarse and fine grinds

I reckon I have it within a couple of dials now.

You shouldn't Blake, approach the task methodically and keep notes, you should be well within the ball park after a couple of shots.
    Enjoy your Wow.

Can certainly attest to this being a really wonderful coffee but the best way to find out, is try some for yourself...

    Hi guys.

I'm aware that sponsors on here sell. However I was out and wanted some today so I went to Coffee Alchemy.

Whats a smooth blend on here I can order.

I've literally gone through a bag of coffee today just trying to get the grinder right. Literally got it almost spot on with the way it came out of the head into the cup.

Probably just needed to be a tad coarser as it didn't flow the whole time it was a cross between drops and a flow both sides.

I also didn't mind the Jetblack espresso coffee either. The coffee Alchemy one was a bit strong and had a bit if after taste but that's probably because I used the big double shot filter cup as opposed to single shot filter cup in a tumbler glass.

All trial and error at the moment

True that! But with one edit 'the best beans, roasted or green available at the best prices'. By the way - I am in the middle of a roasting session with some of those greens right now!

    Fair enough Caps.

Realise Blake was looking for retail in Syd, just thought a heads up may be useful for the future, seems a lot of members are unaware Beanbay offers some of the best beans, roasted or green available at very fair prices.

Why not plan ahead and order from Coffee Snobs BeanBay, you won't do better.

The sample pack would be a good starting point.
