    Roasted Coffee & Milk

It's a very personal thing so it's hard to make specific recommendations. Generally origins with higher acidity aren't as good with milk, except as a small component in a blend. Most origins on their own will struggle in milk drinks which is one of the reasons why roasters blend.
The origins I've enjoyed with milk have usually been from the India-Malay region or South America. East Africans are usually too acidic and Central Americans a bit flavour less. This is a very broad generalisation though as I've had a couple of Africans in particular that I really enjoyed with milk.

I have yet to find a bean I didn't like in a latte. Each will have their own specific flavour, and as a result some will appeal to your taste and some less so. With the beans I am less impressed with I change their roast profile until they give a flavour I like.

    Roasted Coffee & Milk

Could someone advise me as which beans are best compatible to milk?. OR alternatively which beans are not?
