                          With an almost identical setup to yours mate, I love the quality of coffee produced with the added flexibility of being able to dial-in the brew water temp. as the coffee flavour profile changes over time....

                            Yep, I actually find myself tweaking the temperature more than the grind setting, here's another pic of my previous setup to keep pauly happy
