Hi JohnA, How tight do you do up the shower screen screw, it starts to flex the IMS screen if more than finger tight? Thanks.

on my machine the shower screen doesnt screw in, so no issues with flex

Did you find it changed the shape of the screen in the centre when it was done up tight? I don't know if it's likely to change the direction of any of the water flow if the screen isn't flat? Thanks Logga.

No it doesn't change the shape on the screen, it just tightens up nice and flat to the group head.

It fits snug, there is just a slight flex in the centre, maybe my screw is the wrong one? I've nipped it up and it actually seems to spread the water better I'll leave it done up and see if it's better tomorrow. Thanks a lot for your help. This is a pic of the old one and the new IMS one.

Mines the nearly the same Jono. I left it slightly above hand tight on my gs3 and it works fine.

Uuuupdate... Ah wish I could keep the grinders/gear spread out over the kitchen like this first pic hehe, but Compak K3 Touch Advanced as the addition (with it aaall just piling in the corner in a nice decorative multi-tiered fashion haha.. not sure what to keep and what to sell yet..)

Haha yeah true, I did go to great lengths in trying to fix it, but I may just keep it for filter grind, perhaps the steps are not as dramatic in difference around the coarser side? Will test it out anyways
