G'Day fellow coffee snobs, first post and long time lurker, thought I'd post a pic of my machine and accessories. Been making coffee for while at home as my first machine was a ECM Giotto around 15 years ago and only now updated to a ECM Elektronika Profi 2. Plus had the ECM Best grinder with my original Giotto purchase and will likely update next year? Any grinders recommendation are welcome

The current ECM grinders really are excellent.Originally posted by MFR View PostG'Day fellow coffee snobs, first post and long time lurker, thought I'd post a pic of my machine and accessories. It might just be a low res pic. I personally hate picture hosting sites that require you to log in to view the image and on general principle I refuse to use them/log-in.Originally posted by AlastairMcG View PostI did click on the pic but fairly low resolution. Must be just on my phone I don't get to see it in all its glory
Using an image hosting site to put pics on which are then linked to from here is generally a poor option as when the pic is removed for whatever reason (It ages out, the company goes bust, whatever....) it then becomes unavailable here. Which is why it is much preferred for people to attach their pictures here, which MFR can do after making a few more posts. That way the picture will always be viewable on the site.

The work rig.
My pride and joy, Kees van der Westen Mistral series 1, no. 32 of 116 and restored / customised by me with input from Kees. Next to it is the 'Bond Villain' mark 1 grinder, a BNZ conical flipped upside down and reversed. It's early days but the start of another cool project!
