Not much I can say about that then. I don't mind pulling things apart but sometimes I can't get them back together.

sometimes I'm left with 'spare' parts when I finally do get them back together.

Thanks for your reply. Do you have an Eureka Mignon ?

This is going slightly of topic but, I have seen a lot of good reports on the m2m.

What about this grinder do you feel earns it the best entry level prosumer grinder title?

M2M is easy to clean, adjust, use and a new pair of cutters costs about $28.00

I clean out the hopper and chute on my Mazzer Mini after each coffee making session.
Cleaning the burrs is probably not essential, but I've never tested that theory. Not much accummalates there in the Mazzer. I have noticed that the difference between burrs grinds/bean bits shortly after a clean and between long periods of clean is negligible.

My no.1 now is changing the burrs on schedule for the grinder.
              That makes the biggest difference.
Best money I've spent on espresso.

Usually do a vacuum and hopper wipe of my SJ once a month. I usually pull out the burrs when I'm majorly procrastinating which happens about 2 times a semester at the moment
