Hunting for a Tasmanian Roaster!

Help. I bought a bag of roasted coffee from the Salamanca Markets in Hobart last weekend, and bugger me, they don't have any contact details on the packet, nor anything I can find on the interweb. This is outstanding coffee and I need more!!

Can anyone help identify, and give me contact details of said merchants???

Zimmah Coffee in Murray St are the roasters. They're right up near Elizabeth college.

You can also buy Zimmah from Parklane Espresso in Salamanca Square, but they likely don't stock this particular blend.

You purchased that bag from me at Salamanca Markets. Great blend, I like it but prefer the Mt Wellington blend we use at the markets, you picked a good weekend to visit Hobart the weather was great.
