Hey!
I'm shopping around for a generator for my coffee trailer. I'm learning as I go when it comes to Watts and amps etc. Got another thread here that quickly taught me to rely on my electrician for that kind of thing!
But I am really interested to know what kinds of generators other mobile coffee trailer owners are using. I've been recommended to buy a Honda EU70is. It is massive, very heavy, the quietest generator on the market, and quite expensive at around $6,000.
Is that what other people are using? If not, what alternatives can you suggest?
I will be powering up a 2 group (compact commercial) La Pavoni coffee machine, a La Pavoni Commercial grinder, a display fridge, a surplus fridge, lights and radio. If everything got switched on at once, it would power up to just over 5000 watts.
