    Oh Kath it is definitely a classy bow teak place if they serve turmeric lattes but I'm up to pussy's bow. Maybe some other time. Love, Kim

    Probably borrowing from Seinfeld here but what about a coffee shop where the customer comes in and makes the coffee for themselves on high end machines ...and then still blames the cafe for the bad coffee.

    Fear not. I'll throw in a free turmeric latte^ to wash away any bad taste.

    The trouble is with serious coffee drinkers, 9/10 of them are impossible to please. Extraordinarily fussy.

    Coffee too hot, cold, weak, strong, bitter, milky, too much froth, not enough froth, too sunny, too shady, hard seats, slow service, microwaved my carrot cake when I asked for cold and the icing ran off (my wife's complaint recently ) etc etc

    Imagine having customers like that.

    I'd get a toilet with an extra wide waste pipe to facilitate easily flushing away your life savings. Perhaps invite you friends and neighbours to help, you know the ones who said you make a great coffee, you should open a cafe

    Grinder - Mythos
    Filter - Marco SP - 9 x2 with Glass Kalita Wave
    EK43 - coffee burrs
    Marco Uber boiler for tea
    2 x Acai pearl for dosing
    2 x Brewista smart scale for drip tray scales
    1 x Nice big jug rinser/tray

    Should come in under $40k, but its all lovely gear to work on.
