Latte glass recommendations?

So, my girlfriends current preferred glass is driving me mad... The shape just isnt right for great latte art, and she wont drink out of the ACF tulips b/c theyre too small & she prefers glass over ceramic.
So, I was wondering what alternatives people knew of. Whats your preferred glass at home/work? Or is there a set that you lust for but havent invested in yet?

to me the glass youre referring to has a rounded bottom...seems good for latte art.

any cup/glass is capable of latte art, rounded bottoms make the job easier.

Try the Bodum Pavina double walled cappuccino glasses.

hmmm... ok... so I need a rounded bottom to start with. The ones Ive got have a wide, flat bottom. Spreads the crema over too wide an area for my liking.
I like the look of the Bodums. The 9oz looks a good size, although the 12 might be better for her mug sized morning hit.

once you have techniques down....the rounded bottoms allow the rosetta leaves to curl over themselves really nicely.

but can be done in flat bottom glasses too....see my avatar.

i guess you could try them angled (and possibly round bottomed) glass tumblers for alcoholic drinks... ive seen them around at homewares shops... not sure abt the price...

youd get a nice big area for latte art i reckon

LOL lucinda. Even if I did that, Id still need to find some decent glasses for when my new gf orders a latte : :P
