With a bunch of new ethiopian crops in now, I can only presume that these two are a coming up soon. It would be nice to have a great dry processed ethiopian coffee that does not have a fermented taint, nor the monotonous single-note acidity of the wet processed stuff that we have seen recently. Last years Likempti was quite well screened, and roasted quite easily to give a coffee with berry highlights in the yemeni/kenyan genre.
