I recently bought a stainless steel coffee cart with the basic plumbing, small fridge, tap etc and I need to choose a coffee machine, grinder and beans. I've mostly used Vittoria machines in restaurants that I worked in, but I would like some advice from coffee veterans. I would rather have one with 2 group heads, and I wouldn't mind paying a bit more for quality beans(would you recommend second hand machines?). I'm in Sydney so I wouldn't mind trying some local roasters. My budget is 2-3k.

Are you looking for a machine and grinder for $2-3K? And are you looking to use them on a cart which is mobile - ie has it's own power supply and won't rely on electricity/run off batteries or gas?Originally posted by erencoffee View PostI recently bought a stainless steel coffee cart with the basic plumbing, small fridge, tap etc and I need to choose a coffee machine, grinder and beans. If so $2-3K is well under what you will probably need unfortunately.
