Maybe plunger? Not hard to do a few batches of a 1L plunger which would easy serve 10-20.
Other option is drip? But this requires more kit like a Brazen etc.

cold brew will defintely work however.

Coffee for a group at office morning tea

    Hi all,
It's "Australia's Biggest Morning Tea" coming up this week. While others in the office are baking away, I'd love to be able to supply at least some of the attendees with a good quality cup of home-roasted coffee for a gold coin donation.

We have maybe 40 or 50 people in the office, so I'd need to make coffee for 10 to 20 people.
My current thought is that I will brew a batch of cold brew in a Toddy coffee maker, then mix it with hot water on demand.

I can't bring in my Rocket, but have a mix of manual brewing equipment in my cupboard at home (Aeropress, v60, Rok), but these are all too time consuming to do one at a time.
I have Lido grinders but could potentially bring in my espresso grinder from home to speed things up if I'm going manually.

    Any other ideas?
