Hi all,
It's "Australia's Biggest Morning Tea" coming up this week. While others in the office are baking away, I'd love to be able to supply at least some of the attendees with a good quality cup of home-roasted coffee for a gold coin donation.
We have maybe 40 or 50 people in the office, so I'd need to make coffee for 10 to 20 people.
My current thought is that I will brew a batch of cold brew in a Toddy coffee maker, then mix it with hot water on demand.
I can't bring in my Rocket, but have a mix of manual brewing equipment in my cupboard at home (Aeropress, v60, Rok), but these are all too time consuming to do one at a time.
I have Lido grinders but could potentially bring in my espresso grinder from home to speed things up if I'm going manually.
Any other ideas?
