So I’ve managed to source a roaster in Guangzhou. And their next batches are going to be roasted in a weeks time. Hopefully by timing it correctly, they will arrive just before my Europiccola and Pharos arrives.
so the choices I have to choose from are.
- Qore Magarrisa Yirgacheffe Honey.
- Marcela La Paz Vasquez Honey.
- Sumatra Lingtong Typica Semi-washed Wet Hulled.
- Los Pirineos Bourbon Natural.
Any recommendations and experiences would be appreciated.
