My Italian blend currently consists of Brazil pulp natural, Indian elephant hills, a bit of robusta and Sumatran beans that was sourced elsewhere. We really enjoy this blend but my Sumatran beans are getting low and I think they play a big part in the overall flavour, but I may be wrong.
I can’t see anything from Sumatra on bean bay and can anyone recommend something similar?
