Ordered 29kg of green beans from Andy at 9.30AM Tuesday 18th June, shipped the same day, arrived at my door in country South Aust an hour ago.

That's 4 days from time of order in Geelong to my door, I'm impressed, other retailers could take lessons from Andy and crew.

Australia Post obviously did their part as well.

Good show all round.

Yelta, these post always make me smile. Like you I am always impressed that the Coffeesnobs team gets my order out in a few hours, no matter when I place it in the working day, or the next morning if the order is placed at night. Great service and for me at least has been consistently great. The whole Coffeesnobs team from Andy down deserve a pat on the back for consistently offering good service.

The flip side of these posts is if it had taken 24 days to get to you. We would all be going bloody - auspost, fastway, the stork - those guys are useless and couldn't organise a drink in a brewery! You rightly credited Auspost in this instance but they probably did the heavy lifting between Geelong and SA. Not a fanboy of any of the carriers (not that I would like to run one over our wide land with so few customers) but in most cases they are responsible for the time, good or bad. CS is always consistent at their end.
