    Interesting article from Catalyst, explains a lot about preferences, as well as why some of us (me included) like strongly flavoured foods.

    Wonder how many of us will do the test.

    "Because we all have a different level of taste — and one in four of us are super tasters. The emerging science around taste has shown super tasters can taste more, so they have less of an appetite for strongly flavoured foods.

    In other words, super tasters don't tend to like high-fat, high-sugar foods."
