      Personally, I prefer my crema rising from the bottom of a coffee cup, somewhat of a darker colour, and not pouring out of a jug and stark white.

      But hey, that's just me.

                  FWIW some call the foam on milk cream-a, depending on which country you are from

                  But to me it reads like someone who cut & paste poorly from a sunbeam add
