reminds me I should really get that 900 I have repaired, I quite liked how steam arm worked!
But that went to the back of the pile :P

Anything will do the job really. I’ve used plastic and glass measuring jugs before and even a mug one time when there was nothing else.

Here's a fun story on this topic. A customer brought his Oracle to me for a repair and drained the boilers before transport. Unfortunately, he drained them when the machine was on.Originally posted by level3ninja View PostYep. The descale access ports in the front make draining boilers for transport a breeze.
Once I completed the planned repair, it wouldn't heat past 65C or so. Sure enough, blown steam boiler fuse.
Turned a 1.5 hour repair into a 3 hour repair.

Improvised Milk Jug
Brought the coffee machine away on holidays but realised this morning I forgot to pack the milk jug. Normally the milk jug gets used 3-4 times a year at my house but there's a couple of extra people on holiday who think coffee only comes with milk. Found this in a drawer and made do. No latte art today but we'll see if I can improve over the next week or two. I think it's actually a milk jug but meant for cold milk.
