    Here's a fun story on this topic. A customer brought his Oracle to me for a repair and drained the boilers before transport. Unfortunately, he drained them when the machine was on.
    Once I completed the planned repair, it wouldn't heat past 65C or so. Sure enough, blown steam boiler fuse.

    Turned a 1.5 hour repair into a 3 hour repair.

    Improvised Milk Jug

    Brought the coffee machine away on holidays but realised this morning I forgot to pack the milk jug. Normally the milk jug gets used 3-4 times a year at my house but there's a couple of extra people on holiday who think coffee only comes with milk. Found this in a drawer and made do. No latte art today but we'll see if I can improve over the next week or two. I think it's actually a milk jug but meant for cold milk.
