Re: the mocha latte
Theres definitely demand for them in the marketplace, and a well-made mocha or hot chocolate is sure to sell itself to those who are interested in them.
In a good week well go through 30kg of chocolate - so I know that they sell!
But for my personal drinking preference, give me an espresso any day: all the better to taste the subtle nuance in the coffee, including all those delicious mocha / dutch coco (depending on the beans origins) flavours
Yum, bloody yum!

Re: the mocha latte
I have to admit, Im somewhat of a sucker for the old flavored latte.
But not essentially the mocha. *shrug*
I have a small tip for those of you who like flavored coffee, but dont like to add anything to the actual cup. Buy yourself some dried vanilla beans and soak one in warm water for about 5 minutes. Then, place it in a dry pot (seriously, use ceramic!) with about 4 cups of coffee beans. Leave that for about three days in dappled sunlight (under a window is great).
Might sound weird, but trust me, its amazing. Vanilla-infused beans make FANTASTIC lattes.
