Quik works for me - sweet, easy, tastes ok and you can get it anywhere. Am sure lots of purists will be shuddering now that Ive said that. ;D

Ive used both Koko Delux and African Red drinking chocolate.
People I have made drinks for either as hot chocolates or just dusting a capp with it, have remarked very favourably. Under $20 kilo. Goes a long way.

While they are shuddering Ill say that for the little amount on a capp I dont notice any difference.
