    Re: Bolivian coffee

I hear that we might have access to some good Bolivian inside the next 2 months (ship/customs/freight forwarder pending).

Im no cupper but dark chocolate all the way.
Great in milk and my wife assures me its one she enjoys in doppios etc.
At 12 days it seemed to have lost nothing

    Re: Bolivian coffee

I much prefer a good Bolivian or Colombian coffee over a so-called good Brazilian one any day of the week.... Much more depth of flavour, really clean acidity and lots of chocolate in a lingering finish. One of the better beans as a base or as a straight S.O. .....
Mind you, I enjoy coffees that possess more of a kick and this is where all of the Brazilians have let me down; much too subtle for my palate, :-?

    Mal.

Nothing like digging up an old topic to hope we might see some in the near future.
