Thanks heaps for the robusta on Wed. Been reading up on blending methods for good espresso blends.. I would like to try to make a sweet, low acid, good body, exotic finish espresso. some include robusta, some dont, but anyways, Im running low on or would love to acquire:
Brazilian
Columbian
Sumatran
to mix with some of what I already have (inc robusta 8-)): Yemen, Harar, or might try some Tiger Mountain for the chocolate?
Apologies if Ive missed these in the last couple of beanbays; havent been able to justify buying more due to my massive stash, and so therefore havent logged on, because I would buy if i did..
