Re: Clover coffee
There are a few places that own a clover....but only few do it justice to warrant the price they pay for it. There is nothing worse than brewing run of the mill specialty coffee through them.....Clover should be all about..."omg who put cherries in my cup" reactions....
Ive had some pretty ordinary Clover coffee and some amazing ones. To me if the barista really knows what they are doing, they will burn up a kilo of the coffee dialing in temp, steep time etc. This is what many specialty coffee places in the States do....it will be interesting to see what Starbucks has install for the Clover brewer. I know Stumptown in USA has thrown all their Clovers away after hearing of the Starbucks takeover.
Hit up BBB.

Here it is without the hieroglyphic parasites on the URL Clover Coffee
And I just know one place in Melbourne that has it - Brother Baba Budan on Lt Burke st. Given that they and StAli are the same thing, I am sure they are very good...

Clover coffee
Hi, all!
Has anyone ever tried coffee made on Clover ( http://www.slate.com/id/2185655 )?
What do you think?
I am kind of tempted to go to BBB and give it a go, just for a giggle
