Hi Folks,

I just had possibly the best shot EVER from my newly acquired Giotto.

I have to say that prior to today I had never really been convinced that espresso straight up really tasted *that* good. I have been born anew.

Amazing.. I dont think Ive ever smiled so much while drinking my coffee.

I wasnt even particularly consciously trying - just following my regular process.

I must have done something right!

Isnt the world a wonderful place
