Gazman, I have spoken to Scottie, only a few weeks ago. He is currently assisting at a cafe in the city.

If you got the Sun-Herald from a week ago, they had a lift out called Roast. Thatll tell you which cafe he is assisting with.

    Regards
    Chris

Yeah and yeah. He was a World Latte Art Champ (2006) amongst state and Aussie barista champ accolades. Works at Morgans Coffee now after a stint of running training at Mecca 2.
Di Bartolis run intermdiate coffee courses, latte art courses that he attends (that I went to and few weeks ago). Scottie is the goods.

started a topic Barista on TV

    Barista on TV

I saw Scottie Callaghan this morning on "Sunrise" He was demonstrating some Latte art techniques. He was using ECM equipment too, though things didnt go quite to plan, possibly because he had to use a previously poured shot for the sake of TV time constraints.
He finished up with a cutesey puppy dog/panda design that didnt require spoiling the drink with added sauces I look forward to trying that one. 8-)

ps, do any csers know this guy and where he works?
