  • A great blend

Well, I've been mixing blends for a long time, have had some good and some not so good, but the last brew I seemed to get it just right as my wife and I looked at each other and said at the same time, "wow, that's fantastic coffee". I mixed 200gms of Adamo and 50gms of Indian, seemed to be just the right mix for a nice rich but medium tasting coffee. Will definitely be cooking up the same blend when next time comes around, of the same.

That makes your version a 5 bean blend.
From the website description. "The 4 bean blend comes from Java, 2 Ethiopians and Guatemala."
      And you have added "Indian".

Never heard of Sidamo??!! (inserts mind blown emoji). Just sort of the 'birthplace' of coffee, nothing significant. Have a read here..... https://www.coffeehunter.com/coffee-country/ethiopia/
