Re: Nicoraguan Maragogype
I regularly order this coffee from a supplier in Victoria (pre roasted, not home roasting yet, but will try one day) and use it for both plunger and espresso, but mainly plunger.
Makes a good wake up coffee, enough of a buzz to get me started in the morning, but not too strong as to have me flat on the floor, when I get the plunger right its a nice citrus flavour and these flavours are also in the espresso, but more pronounced. A must try for any fan of plunger.

Nicaraguan Maragogype
Hi ,
I thought this would be a good bean to try as it is very unique and it seems like a lot of the farmers in south america who have been growing it are moving over to more high yielding crops , so it might be much harder to get in the future.
Also the most important thing is its supposed to make a very good coffee
