Thats great to know, thanks for posting. According to the article a cup of filter coffee (250mL @ .47g/100mL) has about 1.2g of fibre, about the same as 100g of lettuce. Perhaps the fibre content explains why coffee makes you feel full, whereas tea doesnt have the same satiating effect. Ditch the celery and pickup the plunger!
Unfortunately espresso doesnt have much fibre according to the article - only about 0.2g per shot (30mL @ .65g/100mL). But given that about ninety-something percent of espressos are thin and underextracted, chances are they were using an underextracted shot in the trials. A real, coffee snob espresso probably has more fibre :P
