Thought you guys might want to see my coffee shop (well its half mine   )

Its been great so far and hopefully ill stay. The teachers love it so they will be great encouragement not so much Year 12s because they dont understand great coffee

Great stuff! Looks good..though...they havent given you much bench space to prepare your coffee on...

Why is the grinder sitting up on that plastic box?

And just make sure you keep that steam wand clean!

The grinder is sitting on a box because otherwise its to low to use.

Dont worry i clean the steam rods whenever Im done.

And i have more bench space opposite the machine but its not convenient!!

Same at my work. The school coffee machine produces probably 50 hot chocolates for every cup of coffee. The average Year 12 is more interested in a Gloria Jeans concoction, rather than just a coffee.

I totally agree about keeping the steam wand clean
I visited our nth sydney office the other month and a new cafe has been positioned into the gnd floor of the building and went to order a coffee. I thought about a big latte until i saw the steam wand was caked in milk so i settled for a long black.
It put me off buying any food, thats for sure.
