Does anyone know anywhere that teaches espresso machine maintenance, preferably in Melbourne? The Coffee Academy at William Angliss used to have a course of this description years ago but they dont seem to have it listed anymore.

Very flattering KK- but I reckon the best way to learn would be to hook up with a commercial techie with one of the biggies....I am a mere anateur in comparison...
