Let me know what you think. They are at their best about 3 weeks post roast….but beans never last that long in my house!

    Italian Dark Roast Recommendations

    Hi

i am looking for recommendations for local (ie roasted in Australia not roasted and packaged overseas eg Lilly, Lavatza etc) Italian Dark Roast bean for an e61 machine. I have for a long time enjoyed a dark roast from Coffex roasters. Looking now for something else to try.

Have previously tried a few ‘bolder’ beans but come to conclusion I need a darker roast than a bolder bean.

I mainly make long blacks , sometimes dash of milk and occasionally piccolos and lattes.

I also drank Greek/Turkish/Balkan coffee for a long while so I like strong dark flavours

Machine : Quick Mill Andreja Premium
    Grinder: Eureka Atom 60

    Cheers
