Coffee Benefits Blocked by Adding Milk?

Hmmm. Good find Beanz. Apparently coffee and tea are the largest source of dietary chlorogenic acid but there are many others, including tobacco.
Questions arising is whether the 2% of chlorogenic acid in an apple is more or less than the 4% in a cuppa and should we always drink black coffee rather than milk ... or should we give it up (reading , that is
).

Best takeaway from this is that light roasted coffee trumps dark roast, so delicious light roasted filter coffee has the best health benefits. Cheers.
