        What do you expect? look how they spelt meringue in the 2nd last question.
        My spelling bee attempts as a child would been correct if that is how its spelt :-/

          Thing is, the main page for the machine makes the claim: "this espresso machine has all the elements to deliver a memorable espresso - one that is as sweet as caramel, rich in texture with a mouth-watering aroma"

          With a six to 10 second pour? I think not...

            I rang them and told them to change the spelling.
            In gratitude they are sending me the spout for the 0450.

                    The whole FAQ looks like someone said a FAQ is a great idea...

                    Problem is that most of it is listed / identified in the user booklet.

                    A good FAQ should be based on real FAQs and responsible answers written by some one who knows the product.

                    Looks more like a  work experience person in the IT section, had 30sec to spare.

                    Maybe, they should link to CS instead.
