An accidental glance, followed by an intense stare, followed by jubilation!

$10 for two Arlec 24-hour timers from Coles, and my life has totally changed. No more crazy early mornings turning on my VBM an hour before I want to use it. I had no idea they were so cheap!

Theyve come down in price - I paid that for one timer two years ago. Great timers too. Mine has passed on now though, so Ill be keeping an eye out for these.

Scary how they can manufacture them, pack them, ship them, plus Coles get their margin on them, at that price.

Hi Greg, damp, yes, though the sun is trying to come out. Had to buy 1kg of roasted coffee yesterday though - Im packing to move and the stress of waiting for roasting weather was too much on top of everything else.

Back on topic - I guess maybe a shorter life span on the timers would cover the lower price?
